My passion is food…Greek food. Growing up on a farm, I learned about the foods that formed the basis of the traditional Greek diet  and the foundation of Mediterranean nutrition such as olive oil, fruits, grains, cheeses and vegetables and the various herbs and spices that help create the delicious recipes.

I believe that anyone who wants to can master the art of Greek cuisine.The recipes I will share with you are quick and easy to prepare and make use of the freshest ingredients such as vegetables, fruits, cheeses, Greek olive oil, Greek honey and spices such as Krokos Kozanis, the Greek saffron,  oregano from Mt. Taygetos  and of course the many varieties of Greek olives. Other essential ingredients are Greek yogurt, used in desserts,spreads, salad dressings and sauces and phyllo dough, the basis for main dishes and desserts such as baklava.

Join me each week as I demonstrate how to make tasty and nutritious meals that are the basis of the healthy Mediterranean diet.
